Kevin is excited to rejoin the team that made The Assassin. He is a director, producer and proud member of SAG, AFTRA and AEA, working in film, television, radio and stage. Kevin's experience in front of the camera is what helped lead him to his interest behind the camera.

"Let's make a film," were the only words needed for his company, MoBetta Films, to spring into existence. Project Mo(u)rning, the inaugural project from MoBetta Films, was nominated one of the top five submissions to the San Francisco Black Independent Film Festival. Selected by IFP Rough Cut Lab, Lake Placid Film Forum, Urbanworld VIBE Film Festival, Pan African Film Festival and Nashville Film Festival is The Assassin, where Kevin served as an Actor, Cinematographer and Producer.

Directed by Rehema Imani Trimiew and produced by Kevin is the feature length documentary, Inspirations of Life, which documents the lives of foster kids in Rochester, NY transitioning into adulthood compared to kids in Tikodane, Zambia. In development is the docu-drama, I’m Going to Dance, written by Erika Kirtoglou, based on her book of the same title. For his production of promotional media for Erika as well as aiding in the publication of her book, Kevin received consecutive year Silent Angel Awards from The Brain Injury Association of New York State.

Kevin is a member of The Barrow Group in NYC, Chair member of Upstate Independents and in addition to being a Voice Acting Web Trainer for Voice Coaches, he also works as a Teacher/Artist with Symphony Space.

Acting projects include lead roles in the feature films, Detour and Life on the Run. Recently completed and on the film festival circuit are lead roles in the movies, Man Up!, Haiku King and Distractions, (which is also written and produced by West). Also look for him as the Deputy Director of Homeland Security in UnCivil Liberties, recently released nationwide on DVD as well as the irate husband in Colin Bannon's, Love Conquer's Paul.
